Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based upon the location in which you live. All charges are calculated at the time you place your
order and will be clearly stated in your shopping cart. Note that charges shown are per order, regardless of the number of items
ordered, up to a maximum shipping weight of 30kg. For further information regarding our shipping charges or for shipping to
countries not included in our shopping cart, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any redelivery,
freight and/or return freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods; this amount shall be no less than 2.5 times original
shipping charge.
Re-Delivery Charges
It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, complete and error-free. Items that are
returned due to an error or omission on your part when entering the shipping address will incur additional fees for re-delivery.
These fees will be no less than two and one-half times the original shipping cost.
Customs and Import Duties
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package
reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local
customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. If the order is a
gift, the package is marked "Gift" but we must still state the cost of the item on the customs form. Customs authorities require
us to state the value of items on the outside of packages. Also, please be aware that international deliveries are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Returns Policy
If you receive an item which is defective, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or
refund your payment, as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the
goods. If a return is required, you will be issued a returns authorisation code (we cannot accept returned goods for which a
returns authorisation code has not been issued).
Returns for any other reason are strictly at the discretion of management and will be considered only on goods which
are unopened and in original
condition with all tags and/or packaging. Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We
will not accept returned goods which are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code. You will be responsible for return
postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (i.e.,
giftwrapping, postage, etc.), in addition to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Please note that we DO NOT offer a free preview service.
Cancellation of Contract (UK Only)
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item
within seven working days of delivery. To cancel a contract, please write a short note stating that you wish to exercise your
right to cancellation, including your full name, address, and order number. Please note: Once you have opened your package the
item will be handled as a return, NOT a cancellation. Your item must be sent so
that it reaches us within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. In the event of a return being
necessary, contact us and we will supply you with a returns authorisation and returns address.
For your protection, we recommend that you use insured recorded or special delivery service. Please note that you will be
responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If
you do not return the item within seven working days, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for
services carried out by us (i.e., postage and packing and/or giftwrapping). Upon receipt of notice of cancellation, we will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within 30 days.
